Below is an overview of some of the SPCB's anticipated Specialised Occupational Health requirements: 1.Diagnosis and counselling from occupational, clinical, and educational psychologists to cover complex neurological or mental health/welfare issues 2.Trauma therapy (including historic) support (including therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and support for those with undiagnosed and/or diagnosed conditions. 3.Diagnosis/support for neurodiverse conditions in adults.
