The project includes the strip-out of the existing time-expired roof surface and replacement with a high-quality built-up felt layer roofing system, including insulation and improvements to rainwater outlets on the RAAC Substrate (steel supports to RAAC that are in place). The roofing system must be installed by an approved system installer of the proposed roofing system. The works will require to be carried out over a busy, live working environment with student, staff and members of the public. Works will also include replacement of the rooflights, and alteration to the cladding upstands.",

Bidders who intend to subcontract more than 25% to any individual organisation must ensure the SPD (Scotland) - Subcontractors Supplier Response is completed and uploaded at question 2D.1.2 of the qualification envelope.",
