Lot 1
It is the Clients intention to enter into a Contract with a main contractor from 1st April 2025 to 31st Mar 2028 to deliver their routine maintenance and reactive repair work to hard and soft landscaped areas owned by Dalmuir Park Housing Association.
Renewal: Possible +1 +1 year extension based on contractor performance & subsequent cost negotiations This shall be at the discretion of Dalmuir Park Housing Association.
