The Scottish Government has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of a review of Scottish Government's humanitarian funding - our future response to global humanitarian crises.The review will cover all Scottish Government humanitarian activities funded through the HEF, IDF and CJF, delivered through HEF panel members and other humanitarian partners. The review will not cover Climate Justice and International Development programmes that do not have a specific humanitarian objective.To inform our thinking on future Scottish Government responses to global humanitarian crises, the Review will:* Clarify the Objectives and Scope of SG Humanitarian Funding* Assess the model for delivery of SG Humanitarian Funding* Provide options for future Scottish Government humanitarian funding
