The appointed Supplier will provide a fully managed employee benefits platform to the Council, which will include provision of Salary Sacrifice Schemes (aligned with the HMRC guidance on Salary Sacrifice Schemes) and Salary Deduction and Voluntary Benefit Schemes. The Council will access a range of employee benefits schemes using an online platform.
