The service will involve a full range of Arboricultural activities including the felling and pruning of trees, stump grinding, planting and shrub clearance. Emergency Arboricultural activities also fall within the scope of this Contract. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: It is anticipated that the Framework agreement will be effective from 1st August for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for two (2) further periods, each of 12 months subject to satisfactory annual review and mutual agreement.
