Notice Description

North Lanarkshire Council (NLC) offers to the market an excellent development opportunity. - Suitable for residential or mixed use development within North Lanarkshire Local Development Plan 2022. -Well positioned site, previously residential flats before being demolished and then the site of a temporary health centre and now part hard standing and part grass covering - Close to Glengowan Primary School - Offers over 75,000 are invited.

PLEASE REFER TO THE DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD - Bid Submissions Bidders must register with Public ContractsScotland (https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk) as a "Supplier" (this is a free service, registration can be concluded within 10 minutes of logging onto the site). Once registered, you will be able to search the site by using the "search notices" tab. Here, you can download supplementary information, ask questions and upload your bid. Please include the following information with your submission: A completed application form. - Details of the proposed use. - A clear statement of the sum offered - Any conditions/timescales. - The Council will only accept bid submissions made via the Public Contracts Scotland portal. Bids arriving after the closing date/time will not be considered. Bids sent by fax or email will not be considered. The council will provide an application form which should be completed by the bidder and returned by the closing date together with any supporting documentation.
