Please include the following information with your submission: A completed application form. - Details of the proposed use. - A clear statement of the sum offered - Any conditions/timescales. - The Council will only accept bid submissions made via the Public Contracts Scotland portal. Bids arriving after the closing date/time will not be considered. Bids sent by fax or email will not be considered. The council will provide an application form which should be completed by the bidder and returned by the closing date together with any supporting documentation.
