Argyll and Bute Council wish to appoint a Managing Agent for the delivery of ECO4Flex and GBISFlex schemes in Argyll and Bute.

We invite responses for the provision of ECO4Flex and GBISFlex Managing Agent Services for all locations within the Local Authority Geographical Area. The Ofgem ECO4Flex and *GBISFlex scheme provides funding for privately owned and privately rented properties for the installation of energy efficiency measures, providing that Ofgem prescribed criteria is met. See attached document for full details..
