PLEASE REFER TO THE DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD - PLEASE ONLY FILL OUT ONE APPLICATION FORM DEPENDING ON LOCATION(S) - The Council offers the license for these sites on a 3-year period to retailers for the purpose of selling coffee from a mobile unit commencing on 01 June 2025. These sale points identified as Locations 1 and 2 on the attached plan are again being offered on a similar basis. - The franchise will run for a period of 3 years. The successful applicant will be expected to provide the service in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Franchise Agreement. In addition, the successful applicant must hold the relevant Street Trader's License.
