Notice Description
This contract is for the provision of Independent Living Accommodation for Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children 16+. This contract is for two years with a possible extension of 1 additional year. The council required a suitably sized HMO property to deliver Temporary Accommodation for Asylum Seeking Children / Young People who are aged 16 plus and moving towards Independent Living. Each person must have their own bedroom and can share bathroom, living room and kitchen. This accommodation does not breach the Unsuitable Accommodation Order. There will be no staff working within the property other than attending to Property Manager duties, repairs and maintenance etc. To be deemed as suitable, accommodation must also be accessible 24 hours a day.
