Options: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request additional deliveries by the Successful Tenderer, either intended as partial replacement of services or as extensions of existing services. The Contracting Authority may at its sole discretion exercise this option.

Renewal: After the initial 2 years, the contract will be available for extension for another 3 years, which will be reviewed annually.
