The Council wishes to procure a service for the Treatment and Disposal of Recyclable and Residual Waste. The successful Service Provider will be required to carry out receipt, treatment and disposal of Mechanical Street Sweepings and Gully Waste, with the purpose of extracting recyclables and reducing the amount of waste destined for disposal.
