The Scottish Government requires a main supplier and a reserve supplier toundertake valuations for land, buildings and moveable property as well as,where required, salmon fishings or mineral rights which shall be separatelyassessed, in Scotland under parts 2, 3 and 3A of the Land Reform (Scotland)Act 2003, and part 5 of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016, namely theCommunity Right to Buy, Crofting Community Right to Buy, Community Rightto Buy Abandoned, Neglected and Detrimental Land and the Right to BuyLand to Further Sustainable Development.To create an electronic response go to the following link https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/supplier/postbox/ResponseWorkspace.aspxThe buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
