Notice Description
The purpose of this contract is to secure a host organisation to support the ongoing employment of Assistant Recovery Development Workers, Recovery Development Workers and Recovery Development Team Leader. And to provide overarching managerial, supervision and governance support for the Forth Valley Recovery Community (FVRC) throughout Falkirk. The key benefits of supporting the Recovery Community are clear, emerging evidence indicates the clear benefits of having an active community within a Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC). This has been borne out from the evidenced positive outcomes that have been achieved by FVRC for individuals, families and communities. There are also benefits to the strategic aspirations of the Health and Social Care Partnerships and Community Planning partners as well as the ADP itself.
