Procurement Information
There is currently no council structure to offer this service from within the council. Furthermore, transitioning to a new provider may negatively impact key stakeholders, including children, families, and employees, by causing delays, introducing unfamiliar systems, or reducing service availability. Continuity with the established provider is also likely to maintain stakeholder confidence, trust, and familiarity.
