Further investigation from the scaffold, of cavity wall details and brick lintols. Removing the defective cavity wall insulation Rake out and repoint defective areas of pointing on all elevations Renew window mastic to all windows / openings. Install structural ties where there are sections of vertical cracking. Sundry repair works to the external facades and some repainting works.
