This follows on from the first phase of this programme which was carried out in the Glenlivet estate (plus Auchindoun area) and resulted in an excel based 25-year total cost model. Outputs from this next phase must be compatible with the phase 1 output. The aim of the overall project is to develop an approach and methodology that will help Crown Estate Scotland acquire a more comprehensive understanding of the longer-term costs and liabilities associated with these Estates, which will in turn support strategic resource planning, and justify future expenditure as well as a strategic approach to capital investment planning.
