The Council's Procurement Service has identified the following suitable and accessible SXL Framework as follows: - Framework - Scotland Excel Framework for Construction Materials 1422 Lot 5.1 General Road Maintenance Materials Period - 10 June 2024 to 9 June 2027 with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. As part of the tender process Scotland Excel permits Council's to directly select a supplier from the Framework by either direct award or mini competition. A contract is awarded via mini competition and the award is based on the most economically advantageous Framework provider able to meet the Council's specific requirements.
