The Proposed Alterations to King George V Memorial Hall, Chapel of Garioch, Inverurie is the minor alterations to increase the size of the existing accessible WC introducing an accessible shower and new sanitary ware and fittings, building up existing opening in external wall, installation of new foul water drainage to service new Accessible WC and Shower, repairs to existing roof, replacement of existing rainwater gutters and downpipes, installation of new snow boards, upgrading insulation to internal ceilings, removal of existing oil boiler, installation of new air source heat pump to be installed alongside the necessary heating installation to serve the hall, improvement to surface water drainage, replacement of existing external doors, installation of acoustic fencing and render patching.
