River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to undertake Structural Repairs and Internal Plaster Repairs at 7 Dungourney Drive, Greenock. A detailed specification for the works required is provided within Appendix B. Bidders shall be deemed to have satisfied themselves before tendering as to the site conditions. Applications for costs, etc by the Contractor made on the grounds of or which amount to lack of knowledge of the Site will be refused. Bidders should arrange a Site Visit by contacting RCH's Technical Service Lead: Email David.Eadie@riverclydehomes.org.uk Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
