Perth and Kinross Council were seeking to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to carry out servicing, maintenance and Legionella testing at regular intervals of all hot and cold water supplies as per HSG274/Part 2, BS 8580-1:2019 and Approved code of Practice L8 to sheltered housing, retirement complexes, multi-storey high-rise flats and other communal dwellings.
