The aim is to achieve sustainable agriculture, control diseases and enhance health. Description of Requirement: RNA sequencing of single cell RNA libraries prepared using the Parse Evercode Transcriptome kit. In total, the facility aim to do 192 samples, with 10,000 cells per sample and 40,000 reads per cell. The submission will be two pools of 96 libraries in each.
