Energy efficiency measures to privately owned domestic properties in an area wide scheme including mid and east Berwickshire, Scottish Borders. The work consisting of the Installation of air source heat pumps to 20 properties, cavity wall insulation to 9 properties and loft insulation to 9 properties. All works applicable to the 20 properties.The work is predominantly to one or two storey properties with gardens and include bungalows, detached, semi-detached and terraced houses.Addresses to be issued post-contract and number of properties dependent of signup.
