The study will confirm feasibility and optimal system sizing, develop concept layouts, provide energy and financial modelling, assess grid and planning requirements, and propose an EV charging plan integrated with renewable generation. Deliverables include a feasibility report, concept designs, financial assessment, and an implementation roadmap. VAT, incl. expenses); no additional costs will be considered. The consultant must hold insurance at the required levels (GBP 10m Employer's Liability where applicable, GBP 2m Public Liability, GBP 2m Professional Indemnity). The contractor will also be expected to demonstrate commitment to Fair Work practices, including effective voice, workforce development, flexible working, opposition to discrimination and payment of at least the real Living Wage."
