Notice Description

This framework opportunity will cover a range of grounds maintenance work to be undertaken at various Castlehill Housing Association & Castlehill Trust sites throughout Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire & Moray over the next 4 years. The Contract will be divided into lots based on location, and contractors must bid for all lots. A full list of the properties currently scheduled for works during the upcoming framework period has been included in the additional documents section of this notice.

Moray

This framework opportunity will cover a range of grounds maintenance work to be undertaken at various Castlehill Housing Association & Castlehill Trust sites throughout Moray over the next 4 years. The Contract will be divided into lots based on location, and contractors must bid for all lots. A full list of the properties currently scheduled for works during the upcoming framework period has been included in the additional documents section of this notice.

Renewal: Years 1 and 2 of the framework agreement will be standard, with the Client holding the option to extend the contract for years 3 (to 31/03/2029) and 4 (to 31/03/2030)

Aberdeen City
