The Scottish Government wish to commission external support to assess the impact of the upcoming Infrastructure Investment Plan which is expected to be published in February 2026.This includes analytical support in the conduct of a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA).The SEA process comprises the following stages, which the supplier will be required to undertake:1. Screening2. Screening determination3. Scoping Report4. Environmental Assessment5. Environmental Report6. Post-Consultation and Adoption
