DJUST-Digital Front Door for Justice - Personalised Content Digital Team
Notice Description
The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of Scottish Ministers, commissioned a delivery team to support a proof of concept (Alpha) phase for a project to enable the Justice directorate within SG to move towards developing a Justice Digital Front Door (JDFD) for victims and witnesses. The JDFD Alpha phase will focus on delivering personalised content for victims and witnesses regarding their interaction with any case in which they were involved within the Scottish Criminal Justice System. The aim of the Alpha phase is to deliver this functionality into a test environment so it can be evaluated, and a plan formulated for a Beta phase into a live environment in a subsequent phase.
Lot Information
Lot 1
The JDFD Alpha phase will focus on the delivery of personalised content for victims and witnesses in terms of their interaction with any case which they are involved with in the Scottish Criminal Justice System. On logging in this will give them access to (but not limited to) the following: - the data and information about the case(s) they are involved in. - the status of the case(s) - the current location of the accused - what may happen to the case next - what the outcome of the case may be - process they need to complete such as confirm court attendance and claim expenses. - access to support and help - access to crime specific help
Options: The Purchaser reserves the right to place additional work that will not be stipulated in the original statement of requirements, on the basis that the scope of the new services will consist of the repetition of similar services performed by the service provider awarded the original contract. Such services will be in conformity with the basic project for which the original contract will be awarded. The extent of the additional services will be limited to works required to support the Proof-of-Concept phase for the logged in area of a digital front door for Justice and will be a repetition of similar services performed by the service provider to whom the original contract is awarded. The conditions whereby further services would be called upon are if it is identified that further development, or the support and maintenance of the Alpha or Beta phase. The total cost of the additional work will not exceed 100% of the original Contract value
