Lot Information

Lot 1

Provision will primarily be based around the Inquiry's public hearings which will be attended by both Inquiry participants and members of the public. This will include support for witnesses to the Inquiry as they prepare their evidence and in the case of individuals giving oral evidence in the aftermath of giving their evidence. As such requirements for the support service will vary over the length of the contract.. Due to the issues covered by the Inquiry, organisations with significant links to NHS Tayside, Circle Healthcare or other core participants (including Scottish Government), will be deemed as having a conflict of interest and would not be suitable applicants.
