GJ believes that Static System Group are the only supplier that can conduct this requirement due to the Static Systems Group Nurse Call system installed has been a closed loop Static Systems Group Nurse Call system. Therefore the best course of action to insure compliance with procurement regulations, and ensure the continued maintenance of these systems, is to publish a voluntary ex ante transparency (VEAT) notice.",
