Summary of the contracting process

Scottish Fire and Rescue Service procured specialist post-incident support services for employees exposed to potentially traumatic events during their duties. The service supports the organisation’s Post Incident Support Policy and Mental Health Strategy, helps control occupational injury and ill health risks, and provides access to further specialist support where required. Renewal: The duration of the contract is two years, with the option to extend by up to two additional periods of 12 months each (2+1+1).
