Award of Supply and Delivery of High-Power Trap Laser System
Notice Description
This specification is for a trap laser system suitable for performing large-scale quantum computing using individually trapped neutral atom qubits where the requirements below are needed to achieve long lifetime, high coherence and long-term stable operation.We require a single high-power fiber laser system for single atom trapping. The specific requirements are given below:- Output power >= 25 Watts- Wavelength 1064nm+-5 nm- Narrow linewidth <= 100 kHz- Output fiber >= 1m length- Free space output beam - TEM00 with M2 <= 1.1- Output beam 1/e2 diameter between 1 and 3 mm- Polarization : Linear vertical > 300:1- Pointing stability : < +- 0.5 urad/degC- Seed laser included if required- Power stability < +-0.5% over 8 h- Delivery time <= 16 weeks ARO- 12 month warranty
