River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to provide multi-trade works to River Clyde Homes housing stock residing within Inverclyde. The works will entail clearing a back log of outstanding jobs, whilst supporting Home Fix Scotland in undertaking the day-to-day reactive repairs that may arise, as well as undertaking a proportion of 'Right to Repair' works. The scope of the works shall comprise the following: - Carpentry and Joinery - Electrical - Finishes - Glazing - Plumbing - Roofing - Scaffolding The work may entail a package of work, or just individual repair work. The basis of payment for the works will be a % adjustment against M3NHF Schedule of Rates [Version 8] (attached as Appendix F). It is estimated that the contract value will be circa 1m GBP. RCH require a 24 hour, 7 days a week, service. Only bidders who have this capacity should submit a bid. The contract will run for an initial six-month duration. Subject to contractor performance there may be an option to extend the contract. This will be discussed and agreed with the successful bidder. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial six-month duration. Subject to contractor performance there may be an option to extend the contract. This will be discussed and agreed with the successful bidder.
