The Scottish Government seeks to commission research that will provide a comprehensive overview of India's macroeconomic, social, and business environment, including its regulatory landscape. This research will also analyse trade and investment dynamics between India and the UK (with a specific focus on Scotland) and map Indian states and regions that could serve as strategic partners based on sectoral synergies with Scotland's economic strengths.",
