The aim of this project is to produce a sustainable travel masterplan for Oban with a strong emphasis on active travel. The masterplan must identify opportunities where walking, wheeling and cycling infrastructure interventions for short everyday journeys could be implemented in Oban to create a safe and coherent active travel network in Oban. The masterplan also needs to identify opportunities where bus infrastructure improvements could be introduced.

The aim of this project is to produce a sustainable travel masterplan for Oban with a strong emphasis on active travel. The masterplan must identify opportunities where walking, wheeling and cycling infrastructure interventions for short everyday journeys could be implemented in Oban to create a safe and coherent active travel network in Oban. The masterplan also needs to identify opportunities where bus infrastructure improvements could be introduced.

Renewal: The period of the Contract will initially be from date of award until 30/03/2026. The Council has the option, if funding is secured for 2026/27, to revise the end date to 30/03/2027. The Council has the option, if funding is secured for 2027/28, to revise the end date to 30/03/2028.
