Lot 1

The Institute for Neuroscience & Cardiovascular Research has a Standard Biotools 'Helios' Mass Cytometer and 'Hyperion' multiplexed tissue imager. They wish to extend the servicing on both instruments for a total period of 5 years. This will extend the effective and accurate life of the machines, enabling the facility to undertake their work. All parts of the instrument and software will be maintained.

Procurement Information

It is our understanding that service, support and spares are only available from the OEM therefore competition is absent for technical reasons.
