This contract will cover the maintenance, servicing & repair work of existing fire safety systems at various Castlehill Housing Association sites. A full list of the properties currently scheduled for works during the upcoming contract period has been included in the additional documents section of this notice.

This contract will cover the servicing, repairs & maintenance work of existing fire systems to be undertaken at various Castlehill Housing Association sites.

Renewal: Years 1 and 2 of the contract agreement will be standard, with the Client holding the option to extend the contract for years 3 (01/04/28 - 31/03/29) and 4 (01/04/29 - 31/03/30)
