Albury Community Sports Hub - Resurfacing Outdoor Tennis Courts
Notice Description
The works comprise the refurbishment of 4nr tennis courts at Albury Community Sports Hub and all associated works. The works include power washing and treating the existing surfaces, resurfacing with new pervious macadam, and applying two-tone acrylic colour coating and new court line markings. The works also include local repairs to root-damaged areas, removal and replacement of net post sockets, installation of new tournament-standard posts and nets, and removal of existing perimeter fencing. New heavy-duty perimeter fencing and access gates will be installed. All remaining materials will be removed from site and the courts left clean and tidy on completion.
