CalMac Ferries Ltd (CFL) is seeking to award a Framework Agreement for Assisted Boarding Wheelchairs Supply and Maintenance.

Lot 1

The purpose of this Tender is to procure high-quality, durable, and ergonomically designed wheelchairs suitable for assisting passengers with reduced mobility within port or transport terminal premises. The Agreement also includes scheduled and responsive maintenance services to ensure continuous operational readiness and safety compliance as well as necessary training in the correct use and basic maintenance of all wheelchair types.. The initial 5-year term aligns with the typical lifespan of wheelchairs, ensuring consistent supply and maintenance support throughout the core operational life of the equipment.
