In March 2026, the Solace/IS transformation programme will launch a National Framework for Self - Evaluation, supporting the sector to collectively work towards more rigorous and robust approaches to self-evaluation that can be confidently positioned at the core of the dynamic of inspection and scrutiny processes. A consultant is sought to support the Implementation efforts of local authorities by; - Providing 'deep-dive' support to planning and evaluation of local implementation approaches for a sample of local authorities - Development and delivery of a National Training Programme and support to a National Practice Network
