Notice Description

Loreburn Housing Association (hereafter named as 'The Client') a Registered Social Landlord, is looking to appoint a Patient Equipment Maintenance contractor for a 5 year maximum period. The contract will commence on the 1st of August 2026 and last for an initial period of 2 year and an optional extension of 2 years, with a further optional extension of 1 year based on contractor performance. 4.1.1. The contract aim is to provide 6 monthly LOLER inspections for all Loreburn Hoist, patient, and specialist adaptation equipment, one of the visits should include an annual Thorough Inspection of the equipment. All works are to be compliant with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulation (LOLER) 1998 Schedule and the requirements of BS5827 or BS EN ISO 10535
