Scotland Excel is acting on behalf of City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP ("CPG", "City Property") in the execution of this procurement exercise but will not be party to the contract or the management of the contract throughout its lifetime. The Contracting Authority ("The Authority") for this contract will be City Property (Glasgow) LLP.

Renewal: The contract will be for a period of five years from Friday 1st May 2026 until Thursday 30th April 2031, with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12-month periods, at the sole discretion of CPG.
