The technical advisory services are focused largely on Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, with a minor element of Civil, Structural and associated Builders work necessary to deliver a fully complete, commissioned and operational installation. The appointment will cover RIBA Stages 4-7 including consultant services for stage 5 and 6 inspection and defects reporting duties.
