Notice Description

The University of Dundee, require a supplier to conduct servicing, maintenance and reactive repair contract. We are seeking a reputable HVAC accredited manufacturer/supplier agent with a proven record of diagnostic fault-finding, repair and PPM of domestic cold-water booster sets and system pressurisation units. Example mechanical building engineering systems such as domestic hot water, chilled water, low temperature hot water and very low temperature hot water hydraulic systems and their associated thermal expansion vessels. The aims and objectives of this contract are to ensure the safe, efficient and continuing operation of the mechanical building services engineering assets identified within the tender package. For clarity, plumbing and electrical building engineering services are excluded from this scope of works. This maintenance service is delivered across the university's estate comprising the City Centre and Ninewells Hospital campuses as well as other local individual outlying properties such as Botanic gardens. All properties are located locally within the City of Dundee area. These properties include an extensive variety of operational data centre and research facilities, teaching facilities, horticultural and sport facilities. Servicing and repair shall be carried out annually, in full accordance with the various asset manufacturers guidelines, CIBSE, BESA, BSRIA, SFG20 and industry best practice. Annual servicing is to be undertaken on a variety of differing age and types of manufacturers equipment assets. Example manufacturers such as Grundfos, Boss and Aquatech.
