CDHA Procurement Policy Requires that purchases over 5000GBP are selected from a certain minimum number of service providers. The Link Group Framework to which CDHA is a named party has fewer than this. An additional Supplier previously procured competitively by CDHA though PCS was benchmarked against the Link providers in order to meet the CDHA Policy requirements
Options: The Purchaser may elect to purchase additional project related services which the supplier is competent to provide.
