The City of Edinburgh Council intends to appoint a suitably experienced Environmental Consultant to provide technical management services in relation to the ECO Stars Scheme. This will be available to Aberdeen City Council, Dundee City Council, East Dunbartonshire Council, Falkirk Council, Fife Council, Glasgow City Council, North Lanarkshire Council, South Lanarkshire Council and The City of Edinburgh Council.
