Mini-Competition via PROC 21-1088 - Estates Professional Services Framework - Lot 1: Multi-Discipline Design Teams / Combined Construction Consultancy.It is the intention of the Scottish Police Authority (the Authority) to carry out redevelopment works at Drylaw Police Station. The services will support the planning, design, and delivery of the project.The Authority requires to appoint a multi-discipline consultant to deliver professional services from RIBA Stage 2 (Concept Design) through subsequent RIBA stages inclusive of design and delivery, and to, and inclusive of, Stage 6 (Handover).Please refer to scope within Mini-Competition and Form of Contract documentation for further information.
