We run team-based work based learning projects, primarily for postgraduate taught students, in a range of course areas. Teams of students work on a project with an external organisation for a period of time (ranging upwards from 7 weeks). We are looking at the market to see if there is potential to secure a company able to design, source and manage team based projects at scale, on a 'pay as you go' basis. The company would work flexibly with the range of course directors, to source projects which fit with associated course learning outcomes. The company would be able to adjust to fluctuating student numbers each term.
