Prime Cooking Equipment

This lot will provide a mechanism to procure prime cooking equipment include but not limited to regeneration equipment, fryers and ovens

Options: The council reserves the right to source non-core and additional items from the awarded supplier

Refrigeration Equipment

This lot will provide a mechanism to procure refrigeration equipment include but not limited to fridges, freezers and blast chillers.

Options: the council reserves the right to source non-core and additional items from the awarded supplier

Heated, Ambient and Refrigeration Display

This lot will provide a mechanism to procure heated, ambient and refrigeration display equipment include but not limited to hot holding equipment, ambient display equipment and chilled display equipment.
