M&E Consultancy for Energy Audit Consultant should have a relevant professional background in energy/building services with demonstrable experience in energy audits for small buildings. A Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) - Level 3 is desirable. Energy audit to 7 detached amenity units to identify improvement measures to reduce energy costs for residents and suitability of these measures for install. Energy efficiency measures, budget install cost, annual cost savings, payback timescales and recommendations to be included within the outputs. PV panels should be the main energy efficiency measure considered.. Contract Type: NEC3 Professional Services Short Contract with Amendments Programme Dates: May 2026 - Site visit and June 2026 - Provisional of outputs. All dates provisional, subject to agreeing a scope of works and phasing requirements
