This tender falls under the education and goods category and employs an open procurement method, encouraging wide participation. Interested suppliers have until 14th May 2026 to submit their bids electronically, with the contract award starting on the same date. This procurement initiative supports the University's operational needs and is structured as a sole supply agreement without installation or maintenance requirements. The procurement process is conducted via PCS-Tender, requiring compliance with set economic and technical criteria, including specific insurance and management standards.

Businesses capable of swiftly responding to requests and delivering quality products efficiently should consider participating. Additionally, this procurement is a potential growth avenue for medium-sized enterprises meeting the financial turnover and insurance prerequisites detailed in the SPD (Scotland) questions.
